it's monday morning and i'm sitting here at work trying to find distractions to keep myself from having to start any actual work for the week. my boss is working from home today, so at least it should be an easy day.

to the aids walkers - i wish i'd seen you guys during the actual walking period, but i'm glad i saw you in the beginning. thanks phil for the help in finding the check-in area. somehow despite all the 10-foot signs my friend and i could not figure out how the system worked. we were chillin in the middle of the park looking for the "gap" sign in between the f's and the h's. it made so much sense to us when we found the gap tent near mervyn's and in a different field from all the other company tables. you guys have fun? can you believe that 2 of the friends i was with took off after about 30 minutes of walking? they were tired and hungry already and i guess they thought walking was just too strenuous... geez! i like it tho - pretty crowded but good exercise... my hammys are sore so i guess that means i got a good workout. so it's all worth the shiny green sticker you get at the end! =)

tiff lam - of course cal has classes about blogging - berk is just so great that it covers all types of subjects. plus it's easy units! and aren't we so smart cuz we (kinda) figured out how to blog without a class!

jefe - i wanna come out to the softball game too but i'm not very good. are there gonna be positions? i was catcher when i played on the team at work. and everyone go to the basketball game on aug. 22. in an effort to learn more about the sport, i am going to this game, but i'm going with only a couple pple i know and the rest i don't. so go go go! i'm very excited as i'm sure you all are for me, cuz this is my very first live basketball game (outside of high school b-ball) and i'll be seeing like real professional players (i think).

......now it's monday afternoon and i haven't posted this thing yet... well at least the day's going by faster than it usually does. can't wait to see everyone again at part 2 of ed's summer party installments. is this a daytime or a night-time thing?

talk to y'all soon!
