Wednesday 2.26.03
12:32 PM
Davis

Watching: Ocean's Eleven on HBO (what a great cast. Note to fellas: invest in a good suit, it makes all the difference)
Feeling: full from lunch
Stress levels: Moderate.
Grossed out by: JC's long locks during the Grammy's and Justin's macho butch look.
Approximation of permanent departure from Davis: 3 months-ish
Days until next game against Santa Clara: 3

**Quick notes**
-To Nick and Tiff: refer to my note after Jeff's blog for my ridiculous trivial knowledge on the group "The Boys." They do exist. For once, Jeff actually knows what he's talking about. :-)
-And Phil, the song you're thinking of, "Sally (That Girl)" is actually by the one-hit wonder Gucci Crew. Actually I could be wrong on the one-hit wonder part, but you'd have to consult Reeg on that one. I think he's the higher power in that area of music. By the way Reeg, how was your multi-function get together?
-Anyone up to watch a lacrosse game this Saturday? We're playing our big rivals, Santa Clara, for the top spot in the league and bragging rights to maintaining a perfect undefeated season. Game time's at 11am though, so I don't know if any yall would be up to waking up early on a Saturday. But if there are any takers, gimme a holla.
-To Tiff and ECP (if he still reads this): either of you remember a kid named Francis Lee from Holy Name? Received a strange, random email today from this guy claiming that we went to Holy Name together. Ring a bell?
-Real World needs to end quick, I've never seen them stretch storylines out so much. Enough already. RW/RR's challenge was a yawner, but how bout that drama. Looking forward to Fraternity Life (Phil, I bet you're not surprised by that statement at all. And of all shows, that "Are you Hot" show has got your name written all over it. The first time I heard of it, I instantly thought of you).
-re: American Idol: Hate to say this, but I'm just gonna throw it out there. White people sure crack me up sometimes. Exhibit A: the rock star wannabe fella on the show last night. How wrong was that. Singing an R&B song alongside a piano, wearing metal spike jewelry, throwing the cliched "rock on" horns in the air. Something just didn't fit. And then we had the Britney blond who was, according to the judges, "pretty" and/or "beautiful" but....(insert action other than singing here). Man, most of the singing sucked last night, but that sure was some entertainment.

Peace out,
~Tiff Basili-YO!
